  • International: 1–14 business days

While we cannot control these external issues, we’ll keep you updated with tracking information as soon as it's available.


Taxes & Duties

Orders placed through Halden & Roa do not include any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding any charges that may apply to your order.

Note: Halden and Roa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Clearance times are determined solely by local authorities.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at support@haldenandroa.com

We’ll do our best to cancel the order before it’s processed or shipped. However, once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, simply wait for delivery and then initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
